Making a Reservation

Reservations by Phone

  1. Trip reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. Please have all the details of your trip ready before you call:

    • Your destination with the correct physical street address.

    • The physical street address where you will need to be picked up.

    • What time you will need to arrive at your destination.

    • What time you will need to be picked up for return and your return destination address.

    • Any special needs like a wheelchair or handicapped assistance.

  3. You will then be connected to a dispatcher who will enter your information into our system to check availability and provide your information and instructions.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change very rapidly and that trips will occasionally need to be canceled. To help keep our costs down, please give us at least 2 hours’ notice.
