Join us at the Richmond Hill City Center on February 21 from 9 am to 4 pm for the UGA Carl Vinson Institute of Government Planning and Zoning Training 102! This training is designed for appointed board and commission members, local government staff, and elected officials. The objective is to enlighten decision-makers and other stakeholders about the advanced concepts of community engagement, including how to conduct and handle problems at meetings as well as broader strategies for involvement. The course includes the use of case studies, group work and discussion to facilitate understanding.  

The event will feature a structured setup for small group activities and learning. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
